Step 1: QUOTE- Complete Online Order Form and Get Pricing
The information you provide above is collected only to help us better communicate with you about your design. Once you have submitted the form the next page you will see will provide instructions on how to submit additional images and references pertaining to your design request. While our artists are immensely talented, they have not figured out the whole mind-reading thing, so we rely on you to provide us with all of the information we need to get started on your unit's military design. Please be as clear and accurate. 48 Shirt Minimum? Nope! We can do 10 shirt minimums. We will not give away or sell your information.
WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REJECT REQUESTS BASED ON SEXUALLY OR RACIALLY OFFENSIVE CONTENT.
Step 2: SKETCH
The $150 deposit is nonrefundable and nontransferable will be applied to your FINAL order. Once we receive your Deposit we will begin your SKETCH. If you have any images you can email them to CustomOrders@Real-Heroes-Wear.com. Allow 5 business days for our designers to provide a rough layout of your request. This will include text, font selection and basic layout and concept and to avoid going down the wrong path wasting everyone's time. You will have one additional sketch iteration to make any changes and alterations tothe sketch that are necessary to get it just right. Please be sure your feedback and comments are concise and final befire submitting your Sketch changes. Additional iterations will incure design fees. We are on a tight ship here and any deviation from the procedures affect other soldiers waiting for their designs. If a totally new sketch is requested an additional Deposit of $150 will have to be made to complet new concept.
Step 3: FINAL
Once SKETCH artwork is approved total payment must be recieved to go to FINAL. Please allow 5-10 business days for your design to be completed. This process includes the details, shading, colors, effects and final font treatment to make your design unique and awesome!
Step 4: PRINT
Once FINAL is approved we send to PRINT. Printing takes 5-10 business days dependaing on your order size. All deploying units get first priority on the print que.
Step 5: SHIP
Shirts shipped 5-10 business days after PRINT is completed. Delivery times can and sometimes do vary. Shipping normally takes a few days for addresses inside the continental U.S., and ten days to three weeks for delivery to APO and FPO addresses, including American Embassies.Visit our About RHW page for details on Shipping.
REORDER?
If your unit has ordered from us before and you want the same design, the process is considerably quicker. Pricing is reduced for returning unit designs. Any changes to original design will incure design fees. Your design will be placed on Real-Heroes-Wear.Com so it can be purchased by members arriving after the initial order was placed for the unit.
RETURN POLICY
Customers have 20 business days from ship date to contact Real-Heroes-Wear.Com related to their purchase. Real-Heroes-Wear.Com will replace in full any item(s) that possess defects, printing errors, incorrect color or apparel flaws. Due to the nature of the custom design work and printing refunds are not available.
